Charles has numerous years of experience originating, structuring and executing finance for projects across the UK, in addition to running his own FCA-regulated equity investment platform.

He has also previously worked at Cogress as head of development finance.

His specialist area is in development finance — a section of LDN’s business it is focused on growing.

The brokerage plans to expand its relationships with developers who are seeking specialist advice.
